SHELBY CITY PARK
Shelby City Park has something for all to enjoy and has for over 50 years. It is home to 150 acres of beautifully kept ball fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, an aquatics center, a nine hole golf course, tennis courts, a sitting garden, the Historic Herchell Spillman Carousel and Gift Shop, and a restored Rotary Miniature Train.
THE DON GIBSON THEATER
The Don Gibson Theatre is a 400 seat intimate venue located just minutes from the White Oak of Shelby location. Make sure to check out the events happening at the theatre in order to see if any musicians, comedians, festivals, or special events are happening while you're visiting Shelby.

The Cleveland County Arts Council is a non-profit service organization whose purpose is to be a catalyst for a vibrant community. They offer ever-changing art exhibits, events and classes, and a gift gallery featuring the works of many artists in a wide range of price points.

Alston Bridges BBQ Inc. is a family owned business established in 1956 by Alston Bridges. They serve BBQ chicken, ribs, slaw, hush puppies, and of course their award winning pork and beef BBQ.
