North Grove

White Oak at North Grove is a 132 bed skilled nursing facility located within a short drive from Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Mary Black Hospital, and Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing. We also provide memory care in our 22 bed secure memory care wing.

Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician's orders. The service of White Oak at North Grove is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Andy Nelson

Administrator

Andy Nelson is the Administrator of White Oak at North Grove. Before moving to North Grove, Andy served as Administrator of White Oak of Spartanburg since 2009. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Recreational Therapy. Andy is no stranger to the White Oak family, he served as an Activity Director for White Oak of Charleston early in his career. He then became the Activity Consultant for White Oak Management for 5 years prior to becoming licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator. He has served as an Administrator since 2004 for White Oak of Shelby and White Oak of Spartanburg. Andy is a native of northern Greenville county and currently resides in Spartanburg.

BARNET PARK

Barnet Park is Spartanburg’s premier outdoor concert and special events venue.
