White Oak Of York

White Oak of York is a 109 bed skilled nursing center located within driving distance of Piedmont Medical Center.  We provide long term nursing care, short term rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation services in our state-of-the-art therapy gym.

Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.  Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders.  The service of White Oak of York is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs.  Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Christie Parker

Administrator

Christie is a graduate of the College of Charleston and the University of South Carolina where she earned her master’s degree in speech pathology. She worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for 10 years, doing so in skilled nursing for the last 8 years. In 2018 she joined the White Oak family as the Rehab Director and SLP at White Oak Manor of Charleston. In 2022, Christie earned her South Carolina Administrator’s License and became the administrator at White Oak of York. She and her husband look forward to learning more about the area and calling it home.
