White Oak Of Lancaster

White Oak of Lancaster is a 132 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from MUSC Health - Lancaster Medical Center.  We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation.

Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day.  Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders.  The service of White Oak of Lancaster is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs.  Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Jeff Skinner

Administrator

Jeff is a graduate of Clemson University and has been a nursing home administrator for over 32 years. He has been a member of the South Carolina Health Care Association for more than 28 years where he is a past chairman. Jeff is a father of two and a grandfather of three. He is looking forward to serving our residents at Lancaster.
