White Oak Of Rock Hill

White Oak of Rock Hill is a 141 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from Piedmont Medical Center. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing.

Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Rock Hill is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Jerrolyn Smalls

Administrator

Jerrolyn is originally from Texas but currently resides in Blythewood, SC. She has been in healthcare for more than 30 years working as a CNA, LPN, and earned her Administrator’s License in 2017. Although new to the White Oak of Rock Hill, she is returning to White Oak after working at White Oak of Columbia for nearly 10 years as an LPN Wound Care Nurse & Staff Development Coordinator. Jerrolyn received her bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Public Health Administration from South University. She has been married for more than 20 years and has five children and five grandchildren.

Glencairn Garden

Glencairn Garden’s beautifully landscaped lawns and walkways have made it a popular attraction among residents and visitors to Rock Hill for many years. What started as the backyard garden of David & Hazel Bigger in 1928 is now an 11 acre paradise located in the heart of Rock Hill.

Millstone Pizza + Taphouse

Locals and visitors both say this some of the best wood fired pizza they have ever had. Located in downtown Rock Hill, Millstone uses only locally made, farm-to-table cheeses, custom made meats flown directly from New York, and Caputo flour from Italy for their dough in order to offer pizza made with the best ingredients.
