White Oak Of Shelby

White Oak of Shelby is a 160 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from Cleveland Regional Medical Center.  We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing.

Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day.  Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders.  The service of White Oak of Shelby is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs.  Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Crystal Lombardo

Administrator

Crystal received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Mars Hill University. Upon graduation, she began her career as a Social Work Director at White Oak of Shelby. In 1996, she earned her Nursing Home Administrator License and worked as the Assistant Administrator at White Oak of Charlotte and also served as Administrator of White Oak of Shelby before serving as Administrator at White Oak of Kings Mountain. In 2018, Crystal returned to White Oak of Shelby to again serve as Administrator.

SHELBY CITY PARK

Shelby City Park has something for all to enjoy and has for over 50 years. It is home to 150 acres of beautifully kept ball fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, an aquatics center, a nine hole golf course, tennis courts, a sitting garden, the Historic Herchell Spillman Carousel and Gift Shop, and a restored Rotary Miniature Train.
