Jerrolyn Smalls
Administrator
Jerrolyn is originally from Texas but currently resides in Blythewood, SC. She has been in healthcare for more than 30 years working as a CNA, LPN, and earned her Administrator’s License in 2017. Although new to the White Oak of Rock Hill, she is returning to White Oak after working at White Oak of Columbia for nearly 10 years as an LPN Wound Care Nurse & Staff Development Coordinator. Jerrolyn received her bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Public Health Administration from South University. She has been married for more than 20 years and has five children and five grandchildren.
